His team-oriented mindset requires that he provide his team with all of the necessary materials and assets to do their jobs to the best of their abilities, and he also ensures that when his team takes risks and create positive results, they are rewarded for their efforts. When thinking back on his worst job, Louis Chenevert cites his time as a first line supervisor at an assembly plant, which, despite its shortcomings, taught him a great deal about listening to his employees.

Doe Deere Discussed How People Can Make Their Dreams Come True

A few years ago, Doe Deere discussed how people can make their dreams come true. The founder of Lime Crime, a cosmetics company, had a lot to say in her interview with Guest of a Guest. Read on to find out what she said, as well as to learn more about Doe Deer.

Doe Deere: The Early Years

In the interview, Deere discussed her early years. The businesswoman grew up in Russia, which is where she was born, and then she moved to America at 17-years-old. She said Russia and NYC were where her formative years were spent. As for where she lives now, that would be the city of Los Angeles.

Even in the early years, Deere was ambitious. She said at one point in her life she dreamed of becoming a musician. When she moved to NYC, that’s exactly what she became.

Doe Deere: The Young Entrepreneur

As a musician, Deere learnt a lot. She taught herself about marketing and how to appreciate those who offer their support by going to her events and things of that nature. She said she loved being a musician, but she ended up getting involved with makeup, which she loves. She has always been business oriented and when she was 13, she was selling temporary tattoos.

The Secret To Success

During the interview, Deere was asked what she has to say to women who have just as much ambition as she does. Her reply was to follow “your heart” and she added that each and every person is unique in their own way. She said that each person has at least one quality or skill that nobody else has. If a person tunes into that one skill or quality, then they will be able to reach their full potential.

Launching Lime Crime

Deere talked about how she was always a fan of colors that were considered unusual, as well as bright colors. She said back in 2008, there really wasn’t such colors available because the super natural look still dominated the makeup industry. She eventually started to create her own makeup, and before she knew it, Lime Crime was born.

Besides lack of choice, she also launched Lime Crime because she wanted other women to have more freedom to be themselves. She added that women express themselves by what they put on, including clothing and makeup. She also said the way women do their hair is another way they express themselves. Learn more: https://www.facebook.com/doedeereofficial
